Waveski

WAVESKI, the perfect blend of kayak and surf!
Originating in Australia, this sport was used by lifeguards to reach surfers in trouble.
A waveski looks like a thicker surfboard, fitted with a belt and footstraps that hold the rider in place, essential for controlling the board.
It’s a thrilling sport thanks to its seated position, low over the water. Easy even for people unfamiliar with kayaking, waveski allows every move of classic surfing.
You’ll be surprised by how mobile and fast this activity lets you move. Once you’ve ridden a wave, a few paddle strokes are enough to catch the next one.
How the lesson works
Before getting in the water, you’ll watch the waves and learn to read them. Your state-certified instructor will give you all the tips you need to position yourself on the board and know how to approach the waves.
You’ll then learn to paddle and manage your balance.
You’ll pick it up fast: you’ll be surfing right away
